Cecilia Gaultney serves as Associate of Executive Assessment and Employee Surveys at Huntbridge. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at University of Maryland, Baltimore County where she is expanding her expertise in employee assessment and selection, organizational behavior, job analysis, and program evaluation.
Cecilia graduated from Drexel University Pennoni Honors College with a B.S. in Psychology. She completed the 5 year 3 co-op program, developing a wide variety of skills in customer service, bolstering startup growth, and program development and auditing. She also worked as a Research Assistant, cultivating an understanding of how to develop, implement, and manage large survey research efforts, as well as analyze resulting data.
At Huntbridge, Cecilia is ready to leverage her strong foundational understanding of human behavior to address the unique and rapidly evolving human capital and resource management challenges facing organizations today.
